JOANNA
MILLER
Joanna is a painter who lives and works in London.
Graduating from the Courtauld Institute of Art with a degree in Art
History, she continues to create and sell her own work and has discovered
a passion for teaching as well as painting and drawing.
With over 20 years of teaching experience in Paris, London and now
Tuscany, Joanna combines her knowledge of art history with practical
fine art as an educator. She believes that an understanding of techniques
and their tricks of illusion is something within the grasp of everyone,
yet is so rarely offered to them. WHAT
WE’LL BE DOING
From week to week, many forms of art will be taught. From Greek busts
to pop-up cards, from portraiture to perspective, from architecture
to action painting. Everything will be embraced, explored, understood
and expressed.
There will be a concentration on traditional techniques and key aspects
of representational art as well as more expressive forms of painting
and drawing. |
